The wind-cups have a sealed ball bearing that will spin with the slightest breeze.
The entire weathervane is covered with coppervein colored powder coat paint. Baked on Paint.

My wife and I love the palm tree weather vane, the palm trees, sun and sailboat are super cool. The quality and finish are first class. The adjustable mounting is solid and easy to use. The great copper finish powder coating is beautiful. We highly recommend these weather vanes.
