The metal wind spinner is constructed of 18 gauge metal (Very Strong and Durable!!) and is painted with a powder coat Baked on Paint paint finish.

Doesn't spin
The spinner looks awesome. Would give it 5 stars if it would spin on its own. It will spin if you manually spin it so I'm not sure what's wrong with the swivel. My other spinner from Swen works just fine, hopefully it's just a bad swivel.
