The top of the weathervane pivots on a strong stainless steel pin.
The wind-cups have a sealed ball bearing that will spin with the slightest breeze.
The entire weathervane is covered with coppervein colored powder coat paint. Baked on Paint.

The weathervane is BEAUTIFUL, excellent quality! I again thank Kelly (I believe that was her name) who assisted me in correcting the billing address, which was different from my shipping address; your customer service is outstanding!
