The top of the weathervane pivots on a strong stainless steel pin.
The wind-cups have a sealed ball bearing that will spin with the slightest breeze.
The entire weathervane is covered with coppervein colored powder coat paint. Baked on Paint.

Had a problem with the cubs not spinning i live cape may N J three blocks from the delaware bay .The wind direction works fine,but no spinning,i turned the three cups upside down and WOW, love this product now,Best part made in the U S A.
