Back Orders:
All items are subject to availability. It an item is not available, we reserve the right to place it on back order status. Back orders will be shipped as they become available.
Shipping:
We ship via UPS, USPS. Shipping charges will vary according to the size and weight of your order.
Returns & Damage:
Merchandise may be returned to SWEN Products for a refund (less shipping) if, SWEN Products has been notified within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, there are no price stickers, or other marks on the product, and the product is in the original packing in resalable condition. Damages must be called in to SWEN Products within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
